Exhibition and Sponsorship Opportunities

We still have a very limited number of exhibition spaces left including shell scheme, drive sites and Star Vehicle spots. All shell schemes include walls, name boards and flooring. We can provide you with a list of contractors to help furnish and complete you stand. Shell schemes start at just £1760 (plus vat) for 4x2m stand, with Star vehicle spots from £2500 (plus vat) and Drive sites from just £7500 (plus vat). Drive 09 sponsorship packages are uniquely designed to work best for your individual marketing initiatives. You can even build a custom package that suits your needs.

Alternative Sponsorship Opportunities

Test Drive Cards - 'Dance card' presented at registration enabling visitors to record their pre-booked drive times and models. Branding and logo included with design. Cost - £1,000 +VAT

Exhibition Cafe - The Cafe is the only place within the show where visitors and exhibitors can get a drink and a bite to eat. As an exclusive sponsor of this high profile feature, your branding will appear at the cafe and on menus. Cost £3,000 +VAT

Email Point - Internet Pod. Visitors to Drive '09 won't have to worry about leaving the office for the day. Access to the Internet on site will provide them with a tool to keep connected to their work place while still experiencing Drive '09. Stay connected to your office, check out that website or check your emails at our Internet Pod. Cost - £2,500 +VAT

Lanyards - Each visitor receives a lanyard from which their entry badge is displayed. Sponsorship of the lanyards is sole and exclusive and can feature either your corporate identity or multiple brands and properties. Cost - £2,000 +VAT

Show Bags - Every visitor to Brand Licensing Europe receives a show bag along with their personal copy of the Show Directory. Let them become a walking promotion for your brand or property. Cost - £3,000 +VAT

Seminar Notepads - Provide all delegates with a notepad and pen with your company branding (min order 1000). These would be on every seat in the seminar theatres and refreshed after every session. Cost £1,500 +VAT
