Important information:
Visitors will need to be 25 years of age to drive some of the more powerful models however this is at the discretion of the individual manufacturers on the day.
Please have both parts of your driving licence with you in order to book a test drive. All test drives will be administered by the car manufacturers themselves and accompanied by one of their staff’.
Drive '09 reserves the right to remove any individuals who do not obey rules.
The venue will be sign posted from all local major routes.
Some of the Drive '09 exhibtion is located outside, so please bring appropriate clothing.
Pre-registered E-Tickets allow Fast Track entry to the venue and FREE parking. Visitors who do not pre-register will be charged £10 per vehicle entry fee.
The driving element of Drive '09 will be managed by the manufacturers and the number of driving slots will be determined by the organiser and the manufacturers together. Priority will be given to pre-registered visitors, but driving slots cannot be guaranteed. The manufacturer reserves the right not to accept driving requests.

Parking
Parking for pre registered visitors is free. Non pre registered visitors parking charge £10 per car.
The visitor car park is located around the TRL offices. A bus service will run during the open hours to transport visitors to the circuit and exhibition area. Please note that pedestrian access to circuit and exhibition area is not possible.
Disabled Access
Disabled Access to the exhibition area is available. Disabled visitors and drivers should make them selves known to the traffic marshal at the main entrance who will be able to make the necessary arrangements. Please note that this will take up to 10 minutes to organise because of circuit regulations.
Rights of the Organiser
Drive 09 is a private event for trade visitors. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to the event to any visitor or potential visitor whose presence in the sole opinion of the organisers may detrimental to the good running of the event.
Distribution of Promotional Material
If you wish to distribute promotional or other material at Drive 09 to visitors or exhibitors then you must be a sponsor or exhibitor at the event. Any unauthorised distribution of leaflets and other promotional literature will result in you being asked to leave the show immediately.
